Jay is a child who believed that a story was true, even when the people around him said it wasn't. On a summer camp he is proven right, but his world is also changed. He learns about magic, together with new friends, he learns about a revenge plan, which is more revenge on his father than anyone else. But he also learns about himself and the history of the world that was hidden. To survive this entire ordeal he needs to trust his friends and learn from those that came before him.
